Hello and Welcome!

We are so glad you stopped by to learn more about who we are and what we do. It is our belief that every child deserves to feel well in both body and mind and our aim is to equip them with tools to make it so.

In service of this we have created fun, screen-free yoga and well-being training programmes for school settings, and for families at home.

River Bear Yoga started it’s journey empowering and up skilling teachers to deliver children’s yoga and mindfulness into the classroom. We’ve had a wonderful response so far all over the UK. Since then our mission has enlarged to offer our vision of health directly to families too.

Our hope is that yoga, play and mindfulness becomes an integral part of as many children’s daily lives as possible. Whether in the school or the sitting room - we want to help children access to their own innate well-being. Through playful and empowering exercises, River Bear Yoga is nourishing food for mind and body!
